The Bausch + Lomb ONE by ONE Recycling Program is an exceptional initiative, standing as the sole contact lens recycling program in the United States. Its impact is significant, aiming to make a positive difference by recycling used contact lenses and their blister packs, contributing to the reduction of plastic waste.

Through our active involvement in this program, we collect not only used contact lenses but also their blister packs, which are repurposed into dry eye relief bottle tops. This innovative approach not only minimizes waste but also promotes the concept of a circular economy.

Collaborating with eye care professionals, patients, and consumers, we have collectively diverted millions of items from finding their way into our precious oceans, lakes, streams, and landfills.
